Airman duties

If you apply, Form 8500-8 must be answered truthfully. 14 CFR 61.53 may prohibit flying even if a published pathway exists. This preview assumes disclosure. It does not teach omission.

Privacy

Pathway Preview does not require an account. Scenarios stay in this browser session (sessionStorage) on this device. They are not a medical record, not transmitted to the FAA, and not shared with Disposition Bench. The seven unofficial-status acknowledgments, once checked, are stored in a browser cookie on this device (timestamp and the statement text) so the site can audit that they were confirmed. Disposition Bench stores its unofficial-reference attestation the same way in a separate cookie. Both cookies expire after one year, or sooner if the statement text changes. They are not medical records. Do not enter names, certificate numbers, or other identifiers. Analytics, if any, must not include free-text scenario contents.

No warranty
